Photo Re-Ordering/Downloading
The client has 6 months from the day of the shoot to download/re-order any photos or prints they have the rights to. After 6 months, the photos will be deleted.
Additional Photos
The client may receive extra retouched photos upon request in addition to the package deal. The client will pay $10 for every additional photo.
Deposits and Reserved Time
Upon signing the contract, Anna Mahoney Photography will reserve the time agreed upon in the given time frame. For this reason, deposits are non-refundable even if the date is changed or becomes inadequate.
Extra Time
In the event the client desires an alternative edit or any work that requires extra time (different editing style, blemish removal, different sized crop etc.). The client agrees to compensate $150 per hour.
Pick-up and Finalization
Clients will receive a photo album with downloading rights with a unique download pin. All photos are copyright of Anna Mahoney Photography; therefore, all photos are for the client’s sole use/download. Clients will not receive unedited raw photos under any circumstances.
Colors and Styles
Client is responsible for their appearance including: makeup, style, props, and outfits. Client shall take care of their own fashion and look before arriving to the photoshoot.
Breaks, Meals, and Travel
When the session exceeds 3 hours, Anna Mahoney Photography is entitled to a 15-30 minute break. Client agrees to compensate for travel costs for Anna Mahoney Photography to and from photo location if the location is outside where she is based.
Exclusivity Policy
Client will not book or have another photographer at the session or event. Anna Mahoney Photography will be the only photographer being paid and no other photographer will be able to photograph during the booked timeframe.
Refund policy
Client may be applicable for a refund in the event there is a failure to the camera equipment or Anna Mahoney Photography must cancel the session.
Contract of Service
Clients are agreeing to a photography session by which their photos will be taken as property of Anna Mahoney Photography. Anna Mahoney Photography is not at fault for any injury or stolen/lost items of the client during the session. If the client breaks or damages any camera equipment, the client agrees to cover the retail cost of the damaged equipment in question. ***NO WORK WILL BE DONE UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS MADE***
Waiver and Identification
Client(s) gives the right of any photos taken during the session to be used and distributed by Anna Mahoney Photography. Client’s identity may be used on social media and promotional use of Anna Mahoney Photography.
